Hello, my name is Jianhua Niu. I have been working on Android applications and the Framework layer in Huawei’s OD program since July 2024.

My main area is multi-screen interaction for intelligent cockpits. I work on features such as screen sharing and moving application content between displays. I also take responsibility for module design and technical reviews.

One important part of my work is performance optimization. In a cold-start optimization project, I used Perfetto to analyze the startup process. We reduced the response time from 380 to 240 milliseconds, and the completion time from 1,200 to 700 milliseconds.

I also investigate display issues, including black screens, flickering, and frozen screens.

I’m interested in this role because I want to build on this experience and develop deeper expertise in Android system performance.
